Like the Global, Zephyr operates on an 8-hour cycle, and utilizes warm, moving air and a desiccant. The biggest single difference is that the Zephyr does NOT include the germicidal UV lamp which is an integral part of the Global model.

Returns
If you ordered the wrong size or brand of battery, we will exchange them for the correct ones within 30 days of the purchase date. If for some reason our products do not meet your expectations within 60 days from your purchase, just ask for an exchange for another product or a refund.
