Our Satisfaction Guarantee!

Hearing Aid Batteries Express want you to be MORE than satisfied with our products. If you ordered the wrong size or brand of battery, we will exchange them for the correct ones within 30 days from your purchase. We don’t want you putting the wrong batteries in your hearing aid! If for some reason our products do not meet your expectations within 60 days from your purchase, just ask for an exchange for another product or a refund. We would love to hear what you did not like about our product. Hearing Aid Batteries Express want to keep your hearing powered!


All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

If purchasing within Australia, there is no GST on hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries. Nor is there any GST on the postage and handling. However, once an item which attracts GST is purchased, GST will apply to the whole of the postage and handling.

If purchasing outside Australia, there is no GST on any product or postage and handling.

Ordering from Hearing Aid Batteries Express

If you are unsure which battery is suitable for your hearing aid or cochlear implant, please visit our Choosing a Hearing Aid Battery Guide. If you are still unsure, please email us and we will assist you.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. Goods will not be shipped until all payments are complete.

Please check your order and invoice upon receiving your goods to ensure they are the correct items. There is nothing more frustrating when you are on your last packet of batteries and discover you have ordered the wrong batteries.

If the items are not what you order, please email us at the earliest possible opportunity and we will assist you.

Processing Orders

We process all orders within 24 hours subject to stock availability.

We do not take responsibility for parcels seized by customs.

Back Orders

Back orders occur when the item you want is not currently in stock. Back orders will be filled as quickly as possible. If the order will take more than three working days to fill, we will notify you.

All orders will be charged postage and handling for the total order when the first shipment is made. Items on back order will be shipped at no extra cost.

Returns and Refunds

If the items are unsuitable or do not meet your performance expectations, they can be returned for a refund or exchanged up to the value of the purchase.

Returned goods must be in good condition. This means all packaging and any documentation in 'as new' condition. Once the item has been received and its condition checked and found to be satisfactory, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

All postage and handling charges must be paid for by the customer when returning or exchanging items.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Goods damaged in transit must be reported to Hearing Aid Batteries Express within seven working days of receiving the goods. Please keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you receive them. Please email us for further instructions.

Cancelling an Order

In the event you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the order subject to our returns and refunds policy outlined above.

Dishonoured cheques

A fee of $15.00 will be incurred for dishonoured cheques. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your bank account to clear the cheque.
