These terms and conditions are subject to revision without notice.

Prices

All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Brands and sizes of batteries may change without notice.

Prices do not include postage and handling. Click here to view our postage and handling fees.

 GST (Goods and Services Tax)

There is no GST on hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries.  Nor is there any GST on the postage and handling of these batteries.

Ordering from Hearing Aid Batteries Express

If you are unsure which battery is suitable for your hearing aid or cochlear implant, please email us and we will assist you.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering.  Goods will not be shipped until all payments are complete.

Please check your order and invoice upon receipt. We do not accept any liability for shortages or errors unless they are reported to us within 7 working days.

Processing Orders

We process all orders within 24 hours subject to stock availability.

We do not take responsibility for parcels seized by customs.

Back Orders

Back orders occur when the item you want is not currently in stock. Back orders will be filled as quickly as possible. If the order will take more than 3 working days to fill, we will notify you.

All orders will be charged postage and handling for the total order when the first shipment is made. Items on back order will be shipped at no extra cost.

Returns and Refunds

If the items are unsuitable or do not meet your performance expectations, they can be returned for a refund or exchange to the value of unused items only. The postage and handling fee must be paid by the customer.

Opened packets of batteries will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returned goods must be in good condition. This means all packaging and any documentation in 'as new' condition. Once the item has been received and its condition checked and found to be satisfactory, a refund or exchange will be arranged.

All postage and handling charges must be paid for by the customer when exchanging items.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier first then to Hearing Aid Batteries Express within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Please keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you receive them. Please contact Hearing Aid Batteries Express for details on returning the goods.

If you received an item that is defective in any way, please email us for further instructions.

Cancelling an Order

In the event you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the order subject to our returns and refunds policy outlined above.

Dishonoured cheques

A fee of $15.00 will be incurred for dishonoured cheques.
