Placing an Order

 

Can I order and pay later?

No. We require payment before orders are dispatched.

 

Oops! I made a mistake with my order Can I change it?

Yes! If you need to change your order, please email or contact us ASAP (preferably before 5:00pm Sydney time).

We normally post orders on the same day as we receive them. So, the time available to make a change is short.

What to do if you experience trouble trying to order on line.

Using an outdated or incorrect version of an internet browser is the most common cause of problems people experience when ordering from a secure online store.

Our online secure store relies on Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 (or higher) or equivalent which contains security features not available on earlier versions.

If your computer does not have Version 6 we recommend you update your browser. The latest version can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.

Alternatively, you can download our order form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and post it or fax it to us.

Do I have to register before ordering online?

No!

Registration is optional. If you choose to register, details such as your shipping address will be filed against your ‘username’. This will save you having you re-enter them next time you order online.

For security reasons, and your own protection, your credit card details are not filed against your ‘username’.

Help! I have forgotten my registration logon password

If you have registered but forgotten your password, you can enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you!

To do this …

  • Click on the ‘Login’ tab at the top of our website page. This will take you to the Customer Login page.
     
  • Click on ‘Can't remember your password?’ link. The Login Help page will appear.
     
  • Simply enter your email address and click ‘Send Reminder’. Please wait a few moments before checking your email.
