Paying for an Order
Can I order and pay later? No. We require payment before orders are dispatched.
Can I send my credit card details via email? NO! It is not safe to send credit card details by email. Generally speaking, most email is not encrypted for security during transmission. There is also the risk of the email being sent to the wrong person. We strongly recommend you use our secure online store for credit card transactions. If you don’t feel comfortable about sending credit card details via a secure online store, you can download our order form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader), complete the order form including your the credit card details at the bottom of the form and post or fax it to us.
Is there Goods & Services Tax (GST) on hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries? Hearing aid and cochlear implant batteries have been classified as a medical item by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) which means they are GST free. All other items sold by Hearing Aid Batteries Express attract GST. We keep our postage and handling fee constant even if you purchase items which attract GST.
Where is my invoice? For orders within Australia, your invoice is either inside the parcel or in a plastic ‘Invoice Enclosed’ envelope on the front of the parcel. For orders sent outside Australia, we put the invoice inside the parcel. |
