Can I order and have them posted to a different address?
Yes!
You can order batteries from Hearing Aid Batteries Express and have them delivered to another address. Simply provide us with the address where you would like the batteries delivered to. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
Customers who travel regularly or order on behalf of another person (such as a family member or carer) love our service for this reason!
Before travelling … please remember to check your stock of hearing aid or cochlear implant batteries before you start packing your bags! There’s nothing more annoying than realising you are low on batteries at the last minute!!!
If ordering on behalf of another person, simply enter the name and delivery address of the person you wish the order to be delivered to. If you would like to receive the invoice, please provide your details on our paper-based Order Form or in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box if ordering online. This practice is not uncommon for family members or carers ordering on behalf of another person.

Where is my invoice?
For orders sent by regular post, you will see a plastic ‘Invoice Enclosed’ envelope on the front of the parcel. 7Inside this envelope is the invoice.
For orders sent by Express Post, we put the invoice inside the parcel.
